JOB TITLE: SALES REPRESENTATIVE

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES

HND/OND in Marketing, Advertising/Business Admin, or Communication

1 year working experience in sales and customer service

Must have good product knowledge

Possess skills in analyzing competitors’ activities

Ability to provide or recommend solutions to problems; show flexibility to assume additional responsibilities

Project management experience and skills, including the ability to set priorities, work to tight and competing deadlines

Business acumen and understanding of the retail industry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Power Point and Excel in particular.

Ø  Well outspoken

Ø  Good in communications

Ø  Look smart

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.    Track and Ensure Payment Processing related issues are resolved for clients

2.    Prepare and give business reports and recommendations to the management team.

3.    Drive customer growth and financial success for partners/clients under your purview.

4.    Responsible for driving the growth of the brand within & outside the organization and ensuring all aspects of her marketing communications & operations are a match.

5.    Conduct market research to identify new opportunities

6.    Gather and analyze consumer behavior data

7.    Create reports on marketing and sales metrics

8.    Assist with organizing promotional and Fashion events

9.    Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns

10. Prepare regular sales forecasting reports

11. Monitor competitors’ marketing activities

12.  Manage all social media accounts
